Yes. Our colours are water-based, low-odour and fully EN 71-3 certified, so they’re free of heavy metals and phthalates. Ventilation is optional; a dining-room table setup is perfectly safe. Brushes rinse clean with lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap.

Lightly brush on our clear acrylic varnish once the paint is fully dry (about 24 h). It cures to a subtle satin sheen that boosts colour vibrancy and shields against dust and UV fade. After 30 minutes you can frame, stretch or gift the piece.

Let the area dry, then apply a new layer of the correct colour. Our pigments are opaque enough to cover stray strokes completely. For major slip-ups, a touch of white primer resets the spot in seconds.

We print numerals in a low-contrast grey, and the paint is formulated for one-coat coverage. If you’re using very light pastels, a quick second pass ensures the numerals disappear entirely.

All canvases follow standard photo ratios. A 16 × 20 in painting fits any off-the-shelf frame of the same size, or you can opt for our DIY stretcher bars for a gallery-wrap look without glass.
